Terms of Use
This draft describes the current service. No effective date has been set. Retention and deletion periods, international processing details and procedures for minors must be finalized before the formal documents take effect.
1. Service and access
VOIMI is an open survey platform operated by BR.Park Systems. Visitors can participate and view public aggregates without an account. Creating and publishing surveys requires registration and email verification.
2. Surveys and visibility
Surveys are public and open-ended by default. Authors may set a deadline or choose an unlisted survey with private results. An unlisted link can be forwarded; it is not an invitation-only access control.
3. Responses and results
Visitors see public aggregates. Authors see individual responses to their own surveys, without account identifiers or IP addresses in the response view. Voluntary responses do not represent the whole population. Research citations should specify questions, dates, sample size and retrieval time.
4. Responsible use
Do not submit others’ personal information, unlawful or infringing content, or manipulate results through automated mass responses. Authors must have permission to use their content and must not attempt to identify respondents. Quality review may exclude responses from aggregates; questions can be sent to the contact below.
5. Managing responses
Use response management to edit or delete your response. Editing is restricted after closure. Guests may lose access if they lose browser records or their management link. Changes will be announced in the service; notice periods and account closure procedures remain to be finalized.
6. Rights and responsibility
Rights in surveys and responses remain with their respective holders under applicable law. VOIMI processes them to provide surveys and analysis. This draft does not waive users’ legal rights or provide a blanket exclusion of the operator’s liability.
